Our Rental Guidelines
Please read these guidelines before submitting your Rental Application.
All County Heritage Property Management rents properties to the most qualified applicant. We don't consider a property "off the market" until we receive a security deposit and signed rental agreement for the property.
We evaluate all applicants for approval based on the following criteria:
- Credit Check
- Civil & Criminal Search
- Employment History
- Current Employment
- Pets (subject to pet application)
- Rental History (Last 5 Years)
- Receipt of Application & Fees
To evaluate each applicant based on the criteria noted above, All County screens each applicant in the following areas. Note that providing false information is grounds for automatic denial of application--and/or termination of the tenancy if approved under false information--with loss of all monies paid.
